MACAAbout the Role
MACA is hiring a Storeperson for its Duketon South operation in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, about 130 km north of Laverton. The role is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster (7 days, 7 nights, 7 R&R), supporting the maintenance department at a gold mine owned by Regis Resources. Full-time and casual arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store and issue parts and consumables for the load and haul, drill and blast, and fleet maintenance teams
- Identify mobile plant parts and mining consumables accurately
- Keep inventory records up to date in the stores system
- Operate a forklift safely around the store and yard
- Support the maintenance team so parts are on hand when they are needed
About You
- Prior experience as a storeperson or supply officer in a production mine
- Sound knowledge of mobile plant parts and mining consumables
- High Risk Work Licence (LF forklift)
- Australian driver's licence (minimum C class)
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Microsoft Office, Pronto or JDE experience and Chain of Responsibility certification are desirable
