Nhulunbuy FIFO Jobs

Nhulunbuy is the town on the Gove Peninsula in East Arnhem Land, built for the bauxite mine and refinery that operated there for decades. Mining continues on a reduced scale, and there is a long program of rehabilitation and closure work at the old refinery site. Both bring in FIFO crews from Darwin and Cairns.

Jobs here lean towards civil and demolition, environmental and rehabilitation, plant operators and trades, with camp and town services roles on top. Rosters tend to be 2:1 or 14/7. The town has its own airport with commercial flights, which makes it easier to reach than most mine sites.
