About the Role
Cleanaway is hiring an Operator for its industrial services team at Gove in the Northern Territory. The role is permanent and full-time on a 3:1 FIFO roster, working 10-hour days six days a week with every Sunday off. You will need to be able to fly out of Brisbane, Cairns or Darwin. The work centres on high pressure water jetting, hydro blasting and vacuum truck operation at refinery and mine sites. The ad lists no closing date.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high pressure water jetting and hydro blasting tasks safely
- Prepare surfaces ahead of industrial painting work
- Operate vacuum trucks for industrial cleaning and waste removal
- Deliver industrial cleaning and waste services at refinery and mine sites
- Follow site safety rules and Cleanaway procedures on every shift
About You
- A high pressure water jetting operator ticket (essential)
- Hands-on water jetting experience
- Experience in a refinery, mining or other heavy industry setting
- Able to pass police, medical and drug and alcohol checks, plus right to work checks
- An HR licence, working at heights and confined space tickets are highly regarded
