Canada FIFO Jobs

-

Canada has a fly-in fly-out workforce much like Australia's. The oil sands in northern Alberta, the diamond mines in the Northwest Territories, the gold and copper mines in northern BC and Ontario, and the potash mines in Saskatchewan all rely on rotational crews living in camp. Canadians usually call it "fly-in fly-out" or "camp work" and the rosters are written as days on and days off, for example 14/14 or 20/10.

How this board treats Canadian jobs

fifojobs.com is an Australian board first. Canadian roles are listed only when they come from a direct employer and can be verified on that employer's own careers site, the same rule as everything else here. Pay on those listings is in Canadian dollars when the employer states it.

Provincial pages exist for British Columbia and Edmonton. If this page is empty, the board has nothing verified in Canada at the moment.
