Why This Role?


We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a strong focus on recruitment to join our HR team! In this role, recruitment will be a key focus — you'll play a hands-on part in building our team by supporting the entire hiring process from start to finish. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in broader HR initiatives and contribute to an engaging employee experience.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment support across the business — from drafting and posting job ads to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

General HR Support:

  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, engagement initiatives, and daily operations.
  • Support and coordinate visa applications for new hires and employees as needed, working to ensure a smooth and compliant process.
  • Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance.
  • Contribute to payroll preparation and HR reporting.

 Office Coordination & Admin:

  • Book domestic and international travel and accommodation.
  • Assist in processing expense claims.
  • Manage uniform stock levels and IT asset coordination.
  • Organise employee engagement activities, events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Perform general admin duties as needed.


Why You?

  • You are legally entitled to live and work in Australia
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • You can actively demonstrate situational sensitivity and maintain confidentiality to ensure the Human Resources team remains trusted and credible
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google products and have an intuitive understanding of databases and other platforms
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident in communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • You have strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and data entry skills
  • You are highly organized, have a great work ethic, and an ability to multi-task
  • You can work autonomously and as part of a team, but always with a proactive approach to your work
