Poly Welder – McElroy Experience | Gold Mine | ASAP Start

Unite Resourcing are seeking an experienced Poly Welder for an immediate start on a gold mine project in WA’s Pilbara region. Our client is a well-established contractor delivering HDPE piping and dewatering solutions across major mining operations.

Position Details:

• Location: WA - Pilbara 
• Roster: 2:1 FIFO
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: $60PH + super

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform butt fusion and electrofusion welding on HDPE piping using McElroy welding equipment
• Operate an IT Loader to assist with pipe movements and setup
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with a small, productive crew on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Poly Welder (butt fusion/electrofusion)
• Hands-on experience with McElroy fusion machines
• IT Loader ticket
• Valid White Card
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months, no disclosable outcomes)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Previous mine site or dewatering project experience
