About The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team for an exciting Traineeship at our Civil Maintenance Works project. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in the mining, civil construction and maintenance industry with on-the-job training and career progression pathways. We want to invest in you and contribute towards your career. You will work alongside experienced team members in day-to-day civil works, following all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.  You will gain experience and tickets which will also include operating a variety of machinery:

• Roller
• Tip Truck
• Watercart
• HR Licence
• Traffic Controller

• Enthusiastic willing to learn and grow with the company
• Reliable and safety conscious
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Physically fit for outdoor and hands-on work
• Must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence - essential
• White Card - essential or willing to obtain
• Australian Working Rights - essential
