Roster: 2:1 FIFO – 1 week day shift, 1 week night shift
Rate: $60.00/hr (day) | $69.00/hr (night) + super on all hours
Employment Type: Ongoing casual with long-term potential

Our client is a vertically integrated mining and civil contractor delivering full-service operations across multiple iron ore projects throughout Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and a growing production team at Wiluna, they are now seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join the production crew.

About the Role:

This is a site-based production role operating a CAT 980M Loader in a high-output mining environment. Duties will include:

• Operating a CAT 980M Loader to load road trains and haul trucks
• Stockpiling, clean-up and ROM pad management
• Managing loader operations in tight work areas and around fixed plant
• Conducting daily pre-starts, reporting faults, and maintaining a safe work area
• Supporting general production activities as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating a CAT 980M or similar-sized production loader
• Nationally recognised Loader ticket (RIIMPO304 or equivalent)
• C Class driver’s licence (HR preferred)
• Solid understanding of safe loading practices and site protocols
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
• Available for immediate FIFO mobilisation from Perth
