Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. About the Role:

·       Casual position.

·       Monday – Friday, 6:15am – 4:15pm

·       Commencing as soon as possible, till February 2026

·       Site based at Wickham Point, Darwin

The Site Administration Officer will be an integral member of the onsite Admin Team and supporting a workforce of up to 300 employees.  

  • Work under the direction of the Site Manager and participate in the broader administration functions.
  • Carry out general office administration and support to management including provide essential support with data entry, document/records management, and administration tasks.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordination of PPE and mobilisation of employees.
  • Answering phones and providing customer service.
  • Managing the team inbox, triage and respond to employee inquiries, serving as an initial point of contact for employee queries.
  • Work in collaboration with HR/IR team to respond to more complex employee queries.

What you will bring

To succeed in this role, a candidate will have the following requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite up to 10 hours per day.
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass Fitness for Work, including Drug and Alcohol testing.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous Administration experience would be beneficial and desirable.
