Your new company
Our client is now seeking an experienced Site Administrator situated in the Mid West region of Western Australia. They are highly respected in the mining industry. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organised and confident working in a fast‑paced site environment.

Your new role.

In this position, you will provide critical administrative support to site operations.
Your responsibilities will include booking flights and accommodation, creating user profiles, building rosters, allocating workgroups, and ensuring all site personnel records are accurate and up to date. You will also be raising and receipting purchase orders, completing general administrative duties, assisting with reports and spreadsheets, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. A key part of the role involves liaising with airlines regarding flight delays, no shows, and other travel related matters.

The role commences 9th March and will run for two swings of 8:6 (Mon–Mon).


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within the mining sector
  • Strong INX skills (Inflight essential; InTuition preferred) at administrator level
  • Experience using Pronto
  • High competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a site-based environment
