Terra Drilling are seeking Experienced Diamond drilling Offsiders and level entry offsiders to join our team in 2026!

To be Considered for these positions, you must:

• Hold a valid Australian Heavy Rigid Driver’s license or at minimum be obtaining.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or able to obtain).
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months old).
• Minimum of 6months diamond drilling experience.
• Manual labouring experience and be physically fit to cope with the demands of the position.
• Have an understanding of the role and be willing to live in remote exploration environments.
• Work a continuous shift roster of day and nights on varying rosters.
• Ability to work in a small team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills as you must be able to think on your feet.
• Be willing to put in the hard yards in the training to show you are dedicated to becoming a Driller.

All candidates must also have the ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol screening.
