Project Supervisor

Description

Looking for variety in your role? We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join a project based in Temora, NSW (14/7).

We have a range of new and continuing FIFO & DIDO projects on a variety of rosters across QLD and NSW. We offer competitive remuneration with flights (FIFO), accommodation and meals provided.

The role

• Your demonstrated supervisory experience in Civil Construction will see you:
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to established plans, as well as quality, safety and environmental standards to meet delivery timelines;
• Effectively lead your work crew, fostering a collaborative & positive work environment;
• Optimise resource usage, manage task scheduling and resolve issues;

Your Experience

• You will be competent at reading earthworks and structural drawings;
• You will have proven experience as a Heavy Mobile Plant Operator;
• You hold a White Card & valid Open, Unrestricted Driver’s Licence;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite would be advantageous;
• Concrete construction experience would be advantageous; and
• Experience with DIDO/FIFO rosters is advantageous (must be willing to work away).
