About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for a major project near Karratha. This position is available as FIFO from Perth or for local candidates living in the Karratha region. You’ll work on a 3:1 roster and be part of a team delivering safe and reliable outcomes across the Pilbara resource sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alignment and dress-out of gas turbines and compressors (axial, centrifugal, and reciprocating) 
  • Installation, commissioning, and overhaul of critical rotating equipment in oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial environments 
  • Precision alignment using laser tools and working to OEM tolerances

About You 
To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical fitting within heavy industry 
  • Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent Australian-recognised qualification) 
  • Flange Management experience preferred 
  • Valid Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights certifications 
  • Valid High Risk Work Licence and White Card 
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
