About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our mining site. This part-time FIFO role from Perth offers a flexible roster (4:3 or 3:4), promoting work-life balance and allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying extended time at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and onboarding for site personnel.
- Manage timesheets, payroll support, and expense processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Provide high-level administrative support to site leadership and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure site access and visitor activities are aligned with operational needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar site-based administrative role, within the mining industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
