Experienced Shotfirers – Join the TBS Workforce Team in WA's Pilbara Region TBS Workforce is seeking experienced Shotfirers for an exciting new project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. If you have the skills, experience, and leadership qualities to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• Shotfirer experience – Minimum 3-5 years in the field
• Digishot experience – Essential
• Current WA Shotfirer Licence – Mandatory
• C class Drivers licence - Essential
• HR Driver’s Licence – Desirable
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card – Mandatory
• Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively under pressure
• A strong commitment to safety and the ZERO Harm culture
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months)

• 8:6 Roster
• Competitive pay rates up to $65 per hour depending on experience
• Superannuation paid on all hours worked

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• As part of the recruitment process, applicants will undergo Pre-Employment Medical Testing, including Drug and Alcohol screening. Successful candidates will also be subject to random screenings while on assignment.
