Qualified Baker - FIFO

Qualified Baker – FIFO  We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Baker to join our team across various sites. If you have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be able to be considered.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods from scratch
• Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and service times
• Adhere to HACCP and site-specific food safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organised bakery workspace
• Collaborate with kitchen teams and follow production schedules

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification) – mandatory
• Previous experience in a commercial or remote site bakery environment
• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work early mornings or split shifts
• Ability to pass site medicals
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• With CBM & S11 (Advantageous)
