We have a range of Tier 1 & 2 civil contractors that are ramping up and looking to expand their growing teams. About The Role: Brisbane Local
- Excavate and prepare trenches to specified depth and grade
- Install and align stormwater, sewer, and water pipes
- Connect pipes using couplings, seals, or welds
- Place and compact bedding and backfill materials
- Install pits, manholes, and associated drainage structures
- Use levels or pipe lasers to ensure correct pipe fall
- Read and interpret plans and site set-outs
- Follow site safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work closely with machinery operators and civil crew
About The Role: FIFO Pipelayer
- 10:4 OR 9:5 roster (must be available for either swing rotations)
- FIFO from Brisbane
- UGL Project - Central QLD
- Install and align stormwater, sewer, and water pipes

- Install pits, manholes, and associated drainage structures
- Use levels or pipe lasers to ensure correct pipe fall
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous pipelaying experience with references to backup your ability
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Confined Space, Working at Heights or Machine Tickets (a bonus)
- Strong work ethic, good communication, and a safety-first mindset
- A team player who’s reliable and ready to get stuck in
