In this role, you will:
- Be the UGL administrator & key contact for the client-based Learning Management System (LMS) for the Projects team.
- Compile contract reporting as required by the Contract Manager for all Project reporting.
- Have a clear understanding of all pay rates, relevant Awards, EBA’s and contracts relevant to the project.
- Administer communication with employees, incl. management of contacts lists & organisational charts.
- Plan, coordinate and arrange onboarding and mobilisation process tasks (UGL & other personnel) incl mobilisation & demobilisation of FIFO personnel, Concur travel bookings.
- Monitor training and competency requirements for all Projects personnel to achieve & maintain site compliance.
- Plan, arrange and coordinate internal and external training (on & offsite) for blue & white collar personnel.
- Create and update user profiles in Client LMS. Ensure training and qualification records are tracked, complete and recorded into Client LMS & UGL systems
- Provide purchasing and payroll support to cost administrators, incl SAP & VIMS processing.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Must be customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven.
- Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology.
- Project experience with preference to experience in a site-based administration role.
- Strong SAP experience.
- Knowledge of trades licenses and qualifications incl database management of records.
