Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking an experienced and proactive trade based Supervisor to lead an upcoming rebuild project in the Goldfields. The successful candidate will require strong leadership and planning skills to ensure smooth execution and coordination across multiple teams.


Role Requirements

• Clean shaven
• Full medical
• Section 44 (or 26)
• White Card
• WAH & CSE (3 years)
• Online inductions

Ideal Candidate

• Someone self-motivated
• Able to organise crews and prioritise tasks
• Good people skills to work with other contract groups
• Able to look ahead and plan upcoming tasks
• Mechanical & welding knowledge
