Guest Services Assistant | Narrabri & Boggabri | 14:7 DIDO

About the Role
Civeo is building a talent pipeline for Guest Services Assistant and Senior Guest Services Assistant roles at its Narrabri and Boggabri villages in the Gunnedah Basin, NSW. These are DIDO (drive-in drive-out) positions with rosters of 14:7, 10:4 or 9:5 depending on the site and role. This is an expression-of-interest campaign: suitable applicants are contacted as permanent vacancies open up, and the pipeline stays open for about three months.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver a high standard of customer service at village reception
- Process reservations, room allocations, check-ins and check-outs
- Handle retail transactions, EFTPOS and cash, and keep accurate records and reports
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams on guest requests
- Senior roles supervise and train the Guest Services team and help coordinate rosters

About You
- Guest services, front office, reservations or administration experience
- Confident with accommodation systems (RMS highly regarded) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Remote village, hospitality, mining or resources experience is desirable
- Full Australian working rights, ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
