About the Client:

A respected and growing WA-based civil contractor is currently seeking a qualified and reliable Chef or Cook to join their team on a 2:1 FIFO roster. With a strong pipeline of civil and remote works across the Goldfields and regional WA, this opportunity offers consistent work, a supportive team environment, and a great daily rate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is happy to roll up their sleeves and prepare hearty, no-fuss meals for a tight-knit crew of 40-50 people in a camp-style setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve breakfast and dinner for 40–50 site personnel.
• Plan and deliver simple, nutritious meals – think solid RSL-style camp grub.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following food safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, place food orders, and minimise waste.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Work independently and manage kitchen operations without supervision.

What’s on Offer:

• $630 per day + 10-hour shifts.
• 2:1 roster – 14 days on, 7 days off.
• Immediate start with potential for ongoing work if you're the right fit.
• Fly-In Fly-Out from Perth only.

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
• Comfortable working solo in a remote kitchen environment.
• Previous FIFO or remote camp cooking experience is highly regarded.
• Reliable, organised, and able to hit the ground running.
