Casual Chefs FIFO

Our clients are currently seeking qualified & experienced Chefs for a variety of roles across various camps and contacts in Western Australia. 
Camps range in size from small site with 50 people, to up to 2000 personnel. 

These roles will report to the Head Chef on site and some of your daily task will include:

• Preparing large and small-scale breakfast, lunch, dinner, and crib meals
• Working in a busy commercial kitchen
• Working with large teams of staff
• General housekeeping of kitchen and buffet areas

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume bulk and batch cookery (FIFO, cruise ship, or defense catering experience essential) 
• Trade Qualified – Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS.
• Current National Police Clearance
