Port Hedland FIFO Jobs
Port Hedland is the largest bulk export port in the world by tonnage, and almost all of it is Pilbara iron ore. BHP, Fortescue and Roy Hill ship through here, the rail lines from the inland mines end here, and the town is full of workshops that service the fleet.

MACA has listed dump truck operators for the Sanjiv Ridge mine in the East Pilbara on a 2/1 roster. Across the town there is steady demand for port operators, train drivers, track and signalling crews, heavy diesel fitters, boilermakers, electricians and stores staff.
Getting there
Port Hedland has daily commercial flights from Perth and most roles are offered as FIFO from Perth or residential with a housing package. It is hot, cyclone season runs November to April, and the rosters reflect that with short swings common on the port and rail side.
