About the Role
Civeo is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for its village at Boggabri in north-west New South Wales, with further supervisor roles opening across its NSW villages as the business grows. The position is permanent, full-time and drive-in drive-out on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. You will lead the housekeeping team that keeps the rooms and common areas ready for a mining workforce living away from home. Posted 18 September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and roster the housekeeping team across the village
- Keep rooms, amenities and common areas to Civeo's cleaning and presentation standards
- Manage time and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with your team, village management and residents
- Handle pressure and resolve conflict calmly while keeping people first

About You
- Experience leading a housekeeping team in a high-volume hospitality setting; remote site experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication and time management, and the ability to adapt under pressure
- Current driver's licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and consent to background screening
- Valid Australian working rights for at least the next 12 months (no sponsorship available)
