About the Role

Sodexo is recruiting experienced Village Managers for its remote accommodation villages across Western Australia. Roles are offered as permanent full-time or relief full-time on an 8/6 FIFO roster. This is a hands-on leadership job: you run the day-to-day operation of a village and are accountable for service standards, presentation and guest satisfaction across every department on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, organise and supervise the village operations team across housekeeping, kitchen, front of house and facilities
  • Build rosters and coordinate daily workloads so every area is covered
  • Run daily audits and inspections to keep quality and compliance standards up
  • Handle administration, reporting, budgets and cost control for the site
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives, internal departments and guests
  • Manage stock control, procurement and supplier coordination
  • Respond to guest and client feedback promptly and professionally
  • Ensure Sodexo's health, safety and operational standards are met across the village

About You

  • Four years in a managerial role in hospitality, facilities management or a similar industry
  • Previous people management and project management experience
  • Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and a police check
  • Current full WA manual driver's licence
