About the Role
Northern Star Resources is hiring a permanent, full-time Site Administrator for its Thunderbox operation in WA's Northern Goldfields. The role is on an ongoing 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth and reports to the Administration Coordinator. You will keep site administration running so the operations teams can focus on mining and processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site access and onboarding for new starters and visitors
- Organise travel to and from site
- Maintain site rosters and allocate rooms in the village
- Keep records in INX InFlight up to date
- Raise requisitions and work orders in Pronto
- Prepare reports and help run site events
About You
- At least three years in mining or resources, including FIFO experience
- Previous experience in a similar site administration role
- Working knowledge of INX InFlight and INX+Process, with Pronto highly regarded
- C class driver's licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Australian working rights and a national police clearance
