About the Role
Gold Fields is looking for a Senior Process Operator at its St Ives gold mine near Kambalda in Western Australia. The role works as 2IC or leading hand to the Process Shift Supervisor, with FIFO or DIDO rosters available. Applications close on 21 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and cover for the Process Shift Supervisor when needed
- Help lead the crew and set the standard on safety
- Operate and monitor plant equipment across all processing areas
- Coordinate daily work, including unplanned tasks, reports and checklists
- Work with metallurgy and maintenance to improve plant performance and keep production and shift records
About You
- Senior process technician experience with significant time in gold processing
- Experience with crushing, grinding, CIL or CIP, the control room and the gold room
- Proven leadership, coaching and problem solving
- A Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate is an advantage
- Valid C class driver's licence and competent with Microsoft Office
