About the Role

Sodexo is recruiting a permanent, full-time Regional Cleaning Business Lead to work across its integrated facilities management (IFMS) contract at remote accommodation villages in Western Australia. The role is site based on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with a visit to the Sodexo Support Centre in Perth at least one day per swing. You will be the subject matter expert for accommodation room standards and site cleaning, driving continuous improvement, onboarding and quality assurance across the village portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach cleaning leaders across sites so the IFMS collaboration model is applied consistently
  • Lead structured onboarding, capability development and quality assurance for cleaning teams
  • Keep cleaning practices aligned with Sodexo processes and best practice across the accommodation portfolio
  • Analyse performance data and report clearly to the Operations Excellence Manager, Regional Manager and village leadership
  • Find ways to lift effectiveness and reduce cost while meeting quality, health, safety, environmental and compliance targets

About You

  • Three to five years in a similar role or as a site-based cleaning supervisor
  • Experience managing remote site cleaning and accommodation services, ideally in mining villages
  • Advanced Excel skills, with dashboards, SharePoint, CRM and Power BI an advantage
  • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in remote locations
  • C class Australian driver's licence
