Refrigeration Technician (Casual) | Remote QLD Villages ex Brisbane | 7/7 or 14/7 FIFO/DIDO

About the Role

Delta FM, Compass Group's facilities management business, is hiring Queensland-based Refrigeration Technicians on a casual basis to maintain remote mine site accommodation villages across regional Queensland. Swings are 7 or 14 days of day shift only, flying in and out of Brisbane Airport, with DIDO available for locals in Moranbah, Moura, Middlemount, Coppabella and Phosphate Hill.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and preventative maintenance, inspections, classification and repairs across village HVAC and refrigeration plant
• Attend and assess breakdowns and fault find commercial and residential air conditioning, refrigeration units and chillers
• Work across temporary and permanent housing, commercial kitchens, dining rooms, laundries and office buildings
• Meet response and rectification times and help other trades when needed
• Work within established Delta FM site teams

About You

• Unrestricted ARCTICK licence and QBCC licence
• QLD electrical licence, or working towards one
• Full C class driver's licence and White Card
• CPR and LVR, and a police check within the last 12 months
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening
• Live in Queensland and able to fly from Brisbane Airport for ongoing work
