About the Role
Gold Fields is looking for a Process Shift Supervisor at its Gruyere gold operation in Western Australia's north eastern Goldfields. The job is FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 days and 7/7 nights roster, reporting to the Processing Coordinator and leading a processing plant crew on shift. Applications close on 8 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shift crew and supervise daily plant work
- Track assigned tasks and deal with problems as they come up
- Work with the metallurgists to improve plant performance and pass updates to operators
- Help plan maintenance, budgets and projects
- Find better ways of working and support change management
About You
- Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing plant
- Statutory Schedule 26 supervisor certificate
- Hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude
- Clear communicator who can motivate and develop a team
- Microsoft Office skills, with SAP or AMT experience highly regarded
- Current WA driver licence
