About the Role
Civeo is hiring HSQE Advisors for its Western Australian accommodation villages. The role is permanent and site based, on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. You will support the village teams that run accommodation, catering, cleaning and support services, helping them manage risk and stay compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Put Civeo's HSQE management system into practice at site level
- Run inspections, audits and risk assessments across village operations
- Track hazards, incidents and corrective actions
- Coach managers, supervisors and frontline staff in safe work practices
- Support food safety, hygiene, housekeeping and quality checks
- Help with toolbox talks, inductions and training
About You
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
- Current Australian driver licence
- Experience in a safety, quality, risk or compliance role
- Sound grasp of hazard identification, incident investigation and corrective actions
- Able to work well in a remote FIFO village
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- A diploma, lead auditor, ICAM or food safety qualifications are highly regarded
