About the Role
Fenix Resources is looking for an experienced Mine Site Administrator for its Weld Range iron ore operation in Western Australia's Mid West, near Cue. This is a full-time permanent role on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth. You report directly to the Mine Manager and keep the site running smoothly on the administration side, from flights and travel to reporting and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day site administration and operational support
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and travel for the site team
- Manage reporting and site data
- Support workforce onboarding and mobilisation
- Help with site projects and improvement work
- Support the Mine Manager and the site leadership team
About You
- Administration experience in mining, logistics or remote operations
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Able to work on your own and juggle competing priorities
- High attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills
