Maintenance Supervisor | McPhee Creek near Nullagine | 8/6 and 7/7 FIFO

About the Role

MACA is hiring a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisor for the McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project, about 30 km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara. The role works an 8/6 and 7/7 roster, fly-in fly-out from Perth. You will lead the maintenance crews keeping the project's drill fleet and equipment running safely and on plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance crews, making good use of people and equipment and setting clear work requirements
• Enforce HSE procedures, isolations, permits and risk controls across all maintenance work
• Coach and train maintenance personnel and track shift performance against availability targets
• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance with operations and reliability teams
• Inspect and audit drills, tools and workshop facilities so defects are found and fixed
• Report issues, complete documentation and lead investigations into failures and incidents

About You

• Experience leading a team in a mining production environment
• Strong breakdown, diagnostic and repair experience
• A mechanical trade qualification is highly desirable
• Current WA driver's licence and relevant high risk tickets
• Keen eye for detail and willing to take ownership of the drills
• AMT and Pronto experience is a plus
