About the Role
MACA is hiring a Maintenance Administrator for the maintenance team at its brand-new McPhee Creek project, an iron ore mine about 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of Western Australia. The position is FIFO on an 8/6 roster and supports site management and staff with the day-to-day administration that keeps a maintenance department running.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including rosters, leave, meetings and correspondence
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and roster logistics
- Support onboarding of new starters
- Raise purchase requisitions, enter data accurately and prepare daily and weekly reports
- Help with timesheet queries and make sure cost codes are allocated correctly
- Coordinate supply deliveries to and from site
- Act as the link between site operations and the corporate office
About You
- Previous experience in a site-based administration role in the resources sector
- Exposure to maintenance or production environments (preferred, not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with JDE experience preferred
- A current driver's licence
- A National Police Clearance dated within the last 12 months
