About the Role
Civeo is hiring experienced FIFO utility staff for its accommodation villages in Western Australia, with this role looking after the village gym, sauna and wellness areas. These are permanent full-time positions on a 2/1 roster, flying in and out from Perth Airport. You will keep the facilities clean, safe and stocked, and support the Health and Wellbeing Coordinators with bookings and resident feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop and vacuum gym floors, hallways and offices, and wipe down mirrors and glass
- Disinfect gym equipment, mats and benches, and keep sanitising stations stocked
- Deep clean the sauna, ice showers and gym floors, including scheduled steam cleaning and polishing
- Clean locker rooms and bathrooms and restock toiletries
- Sanitise high-touch points, empty bins and manage rubbish
- Replenish gym towels daily and send used towels for laundering
- Help open the sauna, manage bookings and report maintenance issues or resident feedback
About You
- Cleaning or utility experience in a similar setting
- Previous FIFO or DIDO experience is highly desirable
- Safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Able to complete document checks, background checks, a medical assessment and inductions
What's on Offer
- $87,527.33 base salary, with super paid on all hours worked
- Night shift loading of $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 2am and 5am
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster, FIFO from Perth, with accommodation and meals supplied
- Fortnightly pay with equalised hours
