Dining Room Supervisor | Remote WA Mining Village ex Perth | 14/7 FIFO

About the Role

ISS Facility Services is hiring FIFO Dining Room Supervisors to run dining room service at a remote Western Australian mining village. The role is full time on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster, flying from Perth, and is open to people living in Perth and nearby suburbs. You will work closely with the Catering Manager on day to day service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily dining room service for village residents
• Put service standards in place, review them and keep them high
• Implement and control the department budget
• Help recruit, train, evaluate and coach team members
• Lead the site team and keep the workplace safe and customer focused
• Work closely with front office and other managers

About You

• At least two years of food and beverage operations management experience
• Experience managing high volume catering, including bulk meals and function service
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
• Confident with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Unrestricted Australian work rights and a police check less than 12 months old, or willing to get one
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen, plus a driver's licence or photo ID
