About the Role
Mineral Resources (MinRes) is hiring a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic for its village maintenance team in the Pilbara. You will look after the refrigeration and air conditioning plant that keeps its mining camps running, from accommodation units to kitchen cool rooms. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled preventative maintenance on camp refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and fix faults quickly so residents and operations are not disrupted
- Keep service records, work orders and compliance paperwork up to date
- Spot recurring problems and suggest fixes that extend equipment life
About You
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualification with a current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Hands on experience with commercial refrigeration, cool rooms, split systems and ducted units
- A methodical approach to planned maintenance and documentation
- Familiar with mining camp permit to work and isolation procedures
- Current driver's licence and ready to work a FIFO roster
