Civil Supervisor | Pilbara BHP Project | 2/1 FIFO

About the Role
Civmec has won a major civil and earthworks package with BHP in the Pilbara and needs several experienced Civil Supervisors. The package covers a new Car Dumper Vault, with piling, dewatering, structural retention, vault works and the full formwork, reinforcement and pour scope. Supervisors are wanted across formwork, concrete, earthworks and reinforcement. The roster is FIFO 2:1 and includes night shift. You will lead crews and keep work safe, efficient and on program.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and FRP work, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, earthworks and structures
- Plan work and identify hazards and controls with employees
- Liaise with client representatives on technical queries, inspections and scheduling
- Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractor work
- Direct field activities through detailed planning, in line with project plans
- Run and record site inspections and risk assessments
- Report on HSE issues and incidents, including toolbox meetings, and help resolve them

About You
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in civil construction, with strong FRP capability
- WA Statutory Supervisor S26 qualification
- Experience with complex formwork, reinforcement and concrete structures
- Strong communication and leadership skills, and able to coordinate multiple crews
- Previous experience on BHP sites is highly regarded
