About the Role
AngloGold Ashanti Australia wants an experienced, site-based Business Support Administrator for the Business Support and Services team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, reporting to the Site Lead Administration. The role runs on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster, Monday to Monday, with a direct flight to site from Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site entry, travel and accommodation for departmental personnel, new starters and visitors
- Provide general administration support to the Business Support and Services team
- Create purchase requisitions, service entries and maintenance requests in SAP
- Coordinate the approvals process for contractor invoices
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of shutdown personnel
- Maintain and update rosters in InFlight
- Coordinate meetings and provide handover notes and coverage within the team
About You
- Previous experience in a site-based administrative role
- Experience using SAP, with INX InFlight experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work well in a team, keep information confidential and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong communication with peers, leaders and contractors
- Current manual WA driver's licence
- Able to obtain a new National Police Clearance
- Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia
