About the Role
Sodexo is looking for experienced bus drivers to join its teams at remote sites across Western Australia. The work is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, which means 14 days on and 7 days off, with 11 hour days. Full-time permanent positions are on offer, and casual roles are also available for people who want more flexible scheduling. Between bus runs you will pitch in with utility work around the village. Key Responsibilities
- Drive residents safely between the village, the mine site and the airport
- Operate large buses and coaches with 53 or more seats
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- Take on village utility tasks as part of an integrated services team
About You
- Australian citizenship or full working rights
- Living in Perth when you apply
- Experience driving buses or coaches with 53 or more seats
- An MR licence or higher, with HR preferred
- PTD Authorisation, or willing to obtain it at your own cost
- Able to pass a bus driving assessment and a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol testing
- A National Police Check from the last six months, or willing to get one
