About the Role

Regis Resources is looking for a Village Administrator for the accommodation village at its Duketon gold operation near Laverton in Western Australia. It is a permanent full-time FIFO role on a 15:13 roster flying out of Perth. You will report to the Village Supervisor and be the main contact for residents, contractors and site staff, looking after accommodation bookings, records, procurement and day to day support for housekeeping and catering. The ad was posted on 2 November 2026 and applications close on 16 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run village reception and accommodation admin, including room allocations, check-ins and check-outs
  • Keep the daily evacuation lists and personnel records up to date
  • Answer resident questions and complaints by phone, email and in person
  • Deliver village inductions and book required training
  • Look after key control, filing, reporting and audits
  • Support housekeeping inspections, rosters and cleaning schedules
  • Process orders, receipts and invoice checks in Pronto, and keep inventory and contractor movement reports
  • Work with the catering team on functions and crib orders, and help out across housekeeping, cleaning and the wet mess when needed

About You

  • Experience in site, village or hospitality administration, accommodation management or similar
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and written and spoken communication
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, Excel and Word in particular
  • Pronto, INX InFlight or INX InControl experience is highly regarded
  • A current manual driver's licence
  • A flexible, hands-on approach and the right to live and work in Australia
