About the Role
Liontown Resources is hiring a Warehousing Superintendent for the Kathleen Valley lithium operation in Western Australia's northern Goldfields. This is a permanent role on an 8:6 FIFO roster working 12 hour days from Perth, staying at the Dragonfly Village. You will lead the site warehousing team and own inventory accuracy across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the warehousing team in receiving, storing, handling and distributing materials
- Manage the team's safety performance and embed the company's values on site
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control across the warehouse
- Monitor warehousing KPIs and put performance improvements in place
- Manage the relationship with linehaul providers
- Keep the function compliant with policy, procedure and legislation
About You
- Proven experience in warehousing, inventory management or materials handling
- Team leadership or supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Current high risk forklift licence and a WA C Class unrestricted driver's licence
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, police clearance and drug and alcohol screening
- Australian working rights
