Warehousing and Materials Officer | Coppabella | 9/5 DIDO

About the Role

Civeo is looking for a Warehousing and Materials Officer to join the Asset and Facility Management team at its Coppabella accommodation village in Queensland's Bowen Basin. The role runs on a 9 days on, 5 days off drive-in drive-out roster and is a permanent, full-time position. You keep the village maintenance trades supplied with the parts, materials, tools and equipment they need for reactive, planned and preventative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the warehouse: receiving, storing, issuing and tracking stock and materials
• Coordinate freight and goods receipting through JDE or a similar inventory system
• Raise, expedite and manage purchase orders and keep MIN/MAX stock levels in order
• Prepare parts, materials and work packs for maintenance crews
• Record gas transactions, chemical manifests and safety documentation, and keep the MSDS register current
• Run stocktakes and inventory audits
• Operate the forklift and keep the laydown yard to a high standard
• Coordinate vehicle servicing schedules, tooling registers and plant records

About You

• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent practical experience
• Current C class driver's licence and forklift licence
• Previous warehousing, stores or materials experience, ideally in mining, construction or heavy industry
• Experience with JDE or a similar inventory and purchasing system
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills, good organisation and a safety-first mindset
• Able to work independently and juggle competing priorities in a remote setting
