About the Role

Sodexo is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor Training Specialist to work across its remote accommodation villages in Western Australia on an 8/6 FIFO roster. This is a field-based learning and development role: you travel between sites and train the cleaning supervisors who lead housekeeping on the IFMS contract, so they run their teams to a consistent standard. It is a full-time, permanent position and was posted on 20 September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face housekeeping training to cleaning supervisors on site, using the contract's approved training material
  • Coach supervisors side by side in the live work environment and support newly appointed supervisors through onboarding
  • Assess supervisor competency against contract standards and give clear, constructive feedback
  • Keep training records in the LMS and report on completion and outcomes
  • Plan training visits with site management so operations are not disrupted
  • Spot new capability gaps during site visits and escalate them through the L&D team
  • Champion correct chemical handling, equipment use and safe work practice in every session

About You

  • Hands-on background in housekeeping, cleaning or soft services, ideally on a remote site contract
  • Experience supporting, coaching or training others in an operational setting
  • Confident with an LMS, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is desirable, not essential
  • Current C class driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly between sites
  • Police check and, where applicable, a Working with Children check
