About the Role
Civeo is hiring a Village Manager for its accommodation village at Prominent Hill, a copper and gold mine in outback South Australia. It is a full-time fly-in fly-out position on an 8/6 roster, advertised out of Adelaide. You will lead the day-to-day running of the remote village, with responsibility for service delivery, safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the remote accommodation village
- Lead and manage the village team
- Deliver a high standard of service to residents and the client
- Manage the village's financial and operational performance
- Keep the village safe and compliant with site and company requirements
About You
- Experience in village, hospitality, accommodation or facilities management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Financial and operational management capability
- A clear commitment to safety, compliance and service
- Able to thrive working in a remote FIFO environment
