About the Role
Evolution Mining is hiring an experienced HD Fitter to maintain the underground mining fleet at its Mungari Operations near Kalgoorlie. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor on a 7/7 roster of 12 hour days. The role is FIFO from Perth with village accommodation, or residential for people living in Kalgoorlie, who receive live local incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service and fault find underground mobile mining equipment
- Diagnose, report and fix defects to keep fleet availability high
- Work within the site's safety, hazard management and compliance systems
- Contribute to improvements in equipment reliability and workshop performance
- Work with operators, supervisors and other trades to hit operating targets
About You
- Certificate III in HD Fitting or a relevant trade qualification
- At least 18 months of experience on Sandvik underground equipment
- Dangerous Goods Security Clearance
- Experience maintaining underground mobile equipment in mining
- Bonus points for PRONTO, forklift, confined space, dogging, hydraulics and working at heights
