Superintendent Business Support Services | Tropicana or Sunrise Dam | 4/3 FIFO

About the Role

AngloGold Ashanti Australia has two openings for a Superintendent Business Support Services, one at Tropicana and one at Sunrise Dam, both gold mines in Western Australia's eastern Goldfields. Both roles fly in and out from Perth on a 4/3 roster. Reporting to the Director, Full Potential and Business Support, you will run the services that keep site going: accommodation, aviation, light vehicles, facilities and site administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the site administration and business support teams
• Oversee accommodation, aviation, facilities, light vehicle allocation and admin services
• Own business planning, budgets, cost control and resource use
• Manage contractor performance, service delivery and contract governance
• Keep services compliant with law, standards and site aerodrome rules
• Find ways to deliver services more safely, reliably and cheaply

About You

• A tertiary qualification or advanced diploma in finance, business or a related field
• At least five years leading site administration
• Experience in contract, facilities and project management
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Knowledge of aviation rules for site aerodromes
• Lean, Six Sigma, Aerodrome Reporting Officer certification or Power BI skills are highly desirable
