Site Administrator | SA Village ex Adelaide | 14/7 FIFO

About the Role

Civeo is hiring a FIFO Site Administrator for a remote workforce accommodation village in South Australia. You will work a 14:7 roster, two weeks living and working on site on 12-hour days, then a full week at home. Flights from Adelaide and transport to site are provided. The role supports village leadership and operational teams with front-of-house and administration work.

Key Responsibilities

• Run reception and front-of-house, welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
• Handle phone calls, enquiries and correspondence
• Process accommodation check-ins and check-outs in the reservation system
• Keep employee, accommodation and operational records up to date
• Process timesheets and support roster administration
• Help with onboarding, inductions and training coordination
• Collate invoices and purchase orders and prepare reports

About You

• Experience in FIFO, village, hospitality or accommodation administration
• Experience with site systems such as INX, SAMS, SAP or RMS
• Rostering, timesheet and time and attendance experience
• Strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
• Current class C manual driver's licence and full Australian working rights
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• National Police Clearance, or willing to obtain one
