Site Administrator | Regional WA Resources Project | 2/1 FIFO

About the Role

BMD is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a major resources project in regional Western Australia, working a 2:1 FIFO roster. You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers and site-based teams to keep day-to-day project operations running smoothly. Applications close on 6 December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project leadership and site-based teams
• Prepare and maintain project correspondence, reports and registers
• Support procurement activities and keep the related documentation in order
• Assist with timesheets, personnel records and project administration
• Coordinate travel, mobilisation, accommodation and site logistics as required
• Build positive working relationships with employees, subcontractors and suppliers

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously and contribute to a team
• SharePoint, JobPac or similar project management systems are highly regarded
• Experience in civil construction, resources, mining or infrastructure projects is highly regarded
• Exposure to procurement, project cost reporting or commercial administration is an advantage
