Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administrative support for site management and staff
- Managing rosters, leave, travel coordination and meeting schedules
- Raising purchase requisitions and preparing reports
- Resolving timesheet queries and allocating cost codes
- Coordinating flights, accommodation, logistics and site supplies
- Acting as liaison between the site and corporate offices
About You
- Previous site-based administration experience in the resources sector
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Current driver's licence
- National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months
- JDE experience and exposure to a maintenance or production environment are preferred
